WEATHER RELATED WBO POLICY
Lunch meetings will be canceled when Montgomery County Schools are
closed for weather or emergencies. Dinner meeting cancellations,
even if the Montgomery County schools close, will be decided later
in the day and will be announced via the WBO telephone announcement
system (301-421-4890, Ext. 2) and on the web site when possible.

Topic: Local Small Business Reserve Program
This legislation, modeled after a new State law, would require at least 10 percent of the total
dollar value of local government contracts be awarded to Montgomery County-based small
businesses. It also requires individual County government departments to post small
procurement opportunities ($1,000-$25,000) on the Internet.
